Our passion lies in guiding artists towards fulfilling their creative potential and achieving success in the competitive entertainment industry. Through personalized representation and strategic career development, we empower our artists to make a lasting impact.

 

Glass Temple Management was founded in 2025 by Matthew Vlahovich, a seasoned music executive, artist mentor, and creative strategist with over two decades of experience across the Canadian music industry. As the founder of Glass Temple Management, he brings a deep understanding of artist development, A&R, and brand building, offering a thoughtful, hands-on approach tailored to each artist's unique vision.

Before launching Glass Temple, Matthew spent years in senior A&R roles at Cadence Music Group and Pheromone Recordings, helping shape the careers of some of Canada’s most celebrated independent artists. He also lived the artist journey himself as the lead singer and songwriter of Young Empires, giving him rare insight into both sides of the creative process.
